How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance during peak season (May–September). Off-season tours can often be arranged on shorter notice.
Do you offer private or custom tours?+
Yes — all our tours can be made private, and we love building fully custom itineraries. Just reach out using the form above.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Full refund up to 48 hours before departure. Within 48 hours, we offer a travel credit valid for 12 months.
Do I need a visa for Uzbekistan?+
Citizens of 90+ countries receive a free e-visa. We send a full visa guide with every booking confirmation.
Are your tours suitable for solo travellers?+
Absolutely. Many of our travellers join as solo adventurers and leave with lifelong friends. Group sizes are kept small (6–12 people).
